WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIP DATES

Once the mail carrier is in possession of your package, we are no longer in control of the order & are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please refer to your tracking number for any info regarding status of your shipment. We have no further details beyond that and are not responsible for contacting mail carriers on your behalf.


returns/exchanges

WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

We are happy to send replacement product if there is an error in your order, any items arrive damaged, or are completely lost. In rare cases that a replacement product is no longer in stock or available, we will issue a refund for that item.

For any issues with an order, please email hello@naomipaperco.com with your order number, explanation of the issue, and photo (if applicable).


Do you do custom work?

Naomi no longer does custom work for individual clients at this time. If you are a church, company, or ministry, Naomi takes on custom projects on a limited basis and prefers projects that are seen as a partnership (i.e. Company X Naomi Paper Co.). We are also open to licensing existing designs.
