We offer free local pickup to the Milwaukee, WI area at Better Together Cafe in South Milwaukee. Instructions for pickup are given at checkout. You’ll love any excuse to visit their adorable coffee + shake shop!
NEW SHIPPING POLICY
All orders will ship out on Fridays only through 3/13/26 while Naomi is on maternity leave. We appreciate your patience as you shop with our small business!
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SHIP DATES
Once the mail carrier is in possession of your package, we are no longer in control of the order & are not responsible for any shipping delays. Please refer to your tracking number for any info regarding status of your shipment. We have no further details beyond that and are not responsible for contacting mail carriers on your behalf.
SELECTED SHIPPING SPEED REFLECTS POSTAL SPEED, NOT FULFILLMENT SPEED.
Choosing “Priority Mail” does not gauruntee that your order is fulfilled any sooner, only that it arrives sooner once shipped and checked into USPS. Feel free to email us (hello@naomipaperco.com) with your order number if you need your order fulfilled quicker, and we can usually accommodate.
returns/exchanges
WE DO NOT ACCEPT EXCHANGES OR RETURNS
We are happy to send replacement product if there is an error in your order, any items arrive damaged, or are completely lost. In rare cases that a replacement product is no longer in stock or available, we will issue a refund for that item to your original form of payment.

Do you do custom work?
Naomi no longer does custom work for individual clients at this time. If you are a church, company, or ministry, Naomi takes on custom projects on a limited basis and prefers projects that are seen as a partnership (i.e. Company X Naomi Paper Co.). We are also open to licensing existing designs.

Do you ship outside of the U.S. & Canada?
